Requirement

West Recruitment sought a fresh brand identity that captured the vibrant essence of Sydney's Western Suburbs—a blend of diversity, connectivity, and passion. The existing brand no longer reflected their 15-year journey or the company's core values.

Response

Collaborating closely with West Recruitment, our team embarked on crafting a revitalized brand identity, encompassing a dynamic visual language, tone-of-voice, animations, and iconography suite. Through extensive discussions with the leadership team, including co-founders Sean Johnston and David Smith, we delved into understanding the essence of West Recruitment and the cultural tapestry of "The West."

Outcome

The revamped brand identity for West Recruitment set a new industry standard while spotlighting its four sub-brands—finance, technology, corporate, and engineering. The design, adaptable to market shifts, centered on the interconnecting "W," signifying the brand's commitment to connections and inclusivity. The bespoke iconography suite reinforced values and maintained a unified visual language across communications. Post-launch, West Recruitment expanded its team and introduced two new sub-brands— "Human Resources" and "Business Support"—strengthening its market presence.
