Located just off Chapel Street with a beautiful heritage façade, Topgan Developments required a brand to sell their product.
A strong, minimal brand that balanced the heritage aspects of the site with contemporary, industrial elegance appealing to a sophisticated, social young professional audience. Contrast became a leading element within the brand, inspired by the juxtaposition of old / new, smooth / rough and light / dark.
With the use of a less traditional approach to print collateral and unconventional advertising, we achieved a high level of interest and hype leading to the launch. Windsor Terrace sold an impressive 40% within one week of launching and sold out in the following weeks, making it a hugely successful campaign and brand.
