As New Zealand’s largest listed company, Fletcher Building needed to communicate their Vision & Values to almost 19,000 employees worldwide. The Vision & Values identity and collateral was produced to convey the values to their staff in over 40 countries.
To launch their Vision & Values, Fletcher Building held a conference for 150 of their top performers to get them involved in the company’s values and take the message back to their own businesses. Prior to the event, each of the participants were asked to respond to a series of questions about how they interpreted Fletcher Building’s four key values. As a unique way to reinforce these values, I initiated the concept of a simple slot together puzzle that would help them build on their values. Their responses, both text and images, were reproduced on printout puzzle pieces. Over 600 pieces were created for the day and since then Fletcher Building offices from around the world ordered the puzzle set for their own internal team building programs.
