CostaFox required a high end brand that didn't feel like any other property developer, it needed to be unique and instantly recognisable.
The CostaFox brand was inspired by architecture, geometry and history with subtle touches of Modernism and Art Deco periods fused into the word marque. The word marque was then extended creating a full corporate custom font for the brand. A lush deep navy and gold were selected to enhance the feel of luxury and prestige. Tightly cropped photographs of architecture in abstracted geometric forms were selected to compliment.
CostaFox has proven to be a successful branding project winning gold in the 2016 Melbourne Design Awards Typography category. They have also had business success with their first project setting a new benchmark for luxury property, selling all apartments in four days with a new price record for Manly at $11 million per apartment.
