A collection of apartments and townhouses situated next to the Gardiner Creek Bike Trail and the Nature Reserve in Ashburton. Highlighting the nature surrounding the development was a mandatory as well as the idea of a new community. Unlike most developments that go down this route I set out to create something unique. It was a risk to design an unconventional property brand like this using 3D illustrations but one that paid off ultimately winning the pitch. The name A.Co (Ashburton Collective) was short, memorable and also led to interesting copy combinations. For example: A.Community, A.Connected neighbourhood, A.Commodity. The flowers are all inspired and directly drawn from local flora found along the Gardiner Creek Trail. Design still in progress.
